Experienced Tax Professional

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audits to join our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, income tax returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions. He/She will also conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before the Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, Income Tax Returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before the Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.
  • Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities.
  • Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Advise on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
