Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive strategic vision and execution of our platform organization. The ideal candidate will oversee core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks that power large-scale SaaS products across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a 12–18 month strategic plan for the platform organization, aligning technical direction with business objectives.
  • Establish standardized frameworks and shared component libraries to accelerate development in modern technology stacks.
  • Implement unified approaches for data ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores.
  • Lead ownership of Kubernetes clusters, networking, IaC (Terraform, Helm), and cloud security.
  • Promote robust CI/CD pipelines, progressive rollout practices, fault-injection testing, and end-to-end observability standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading platform, infrastructure, or SRE teams in high-scale SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider (GCP preferred, but AWS/Azure also relevant).
  • Strong technical foundation in TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, IaC (Terraform/Helm), service meshes, and event-driven systems.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver multi-region or data-residency compliant architectures.
  • Track record of implementing CI/CD, observability, contract testing, and reliability practices.
