Job Description

As a seasoned leader in the field of architecture, you will be responsible for guiding a team of architects and senior architects on projects from concept design to handover.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the design and delivery of various project types, ensuring that each project meets the high standards of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding a team of architects and senior architects on projects
  • Managing the design and delivery of various project types

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, with a master's degree preferred
  • An extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
