Architectural Leadership Position

The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring design standards and client requirements are met. This role involves collaborating with design teams, project managers, and clients to develop innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process, ensuring creative, functional, and compliant designs.
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, designs, and presentations for various project types.
  • Manage project progress, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensure alignment between architectural design and construction feasibility, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure effective execution of the design vision.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to maintain high architectural standards.
  • Mentor junior architects and design staff, offering guidance on design processes and professional development.
  • Promote sustainable design practices and materials in architectural solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and innovations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent certification) is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
  • Extensive experience working with architectural design software.
  • Familiarity with US-specific building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or back-office capacity for US-based teams is an advantage.
