About Us:

We are an Agentic AI-driven Marketing & AdTech Platform. Our goal is to deliver production-grade, scalable AI systems across six Agentic modules.

As a Tech Co-Founder with strong coding and product engineering expertise, you will lead end-to-end development of AI/ML products and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Develop applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem with scalability and maintainability in mind.
  • Deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
