AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist to contribute to impactful, large-scale AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an international team and integrate AI solutions into real-world products.

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will design and develop custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, etc.).

You will also build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Custom Models: Design and develop custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems.
  • Build Scalable Pipelines: Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure High-Performance Deployment: Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize Models: Optimize models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  • Contribute to Research Initiatives: Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document Technical Processes: Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Programming Expertise: Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Pipeline Management: Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Data Preprocessing: Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fine-Tuning Large Language Models: Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Real-Time Data Processing: Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Microservices and API Development: Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning: Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
