Chief AI Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning strategy and revolutionize our matchmaking platforms. This pivotal role will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, utilizing data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI/ML Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Innovative Solutions: Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Personalization Expertise: Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Growth (RG).
  • LLM-based Solutions: Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Business Analytics: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
