We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide our growing team of software engineers. As Technical Lead, you will play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
