Job Title: Senior Technical Leader.

A highly experienced professional is sought to lead the development of innovative engineering solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pump technologies and 17+ years of experience in people management.

The role involves developing annual growth strategies, overseeing design and development, managing projects, leading teams, ensuring quality assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong analytical mindset, leadership competencies, and in-depth knowledge of pump systems and related technologies.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Annual Growth Strategy: Collaborate with global engineering leaders and product management groups to create annual growth strategies.
  • Oversee Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and improvement of pump systems and related technologies.
  • Manage Projects: Plan, budget, and execute projects related to pump technology.
  • Lead Teams: Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and professionals working on pump-related projects.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance: Guarantee that pump systems meet quality standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and Global stakeholders.
  • Stay Updated on Latest Advancements: Maintain expertise in the latest advancements in pump technology and apply them to projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership Competencies: Strategic thought leadership, accountability for execution and results, courage, agility, and capability to leverage global teams for success.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pump systems, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries that heavily rely on pumps, such as water treatment, oil and gas, agriculture, construction, or manufacturing.
