We are looking for a senior technical leader to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will be responsible for day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills for direct engagement with clients on detailed technical discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interaction with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional in two or more modules: Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL.
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborative work on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management, system configuration, risk management, role/persona security management.
  • Unit testing high-level functionality, staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.
  • Developing runbooks for technical objects and resolving technical queries during ticket resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least two HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion).
  • Awareness of agile methodology.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.
