Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce technical lead to join our team. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Developing and maintaining high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
    • Developing scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
    • Providing technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
    • Collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
    • Leading integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
    • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
    • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions.
    • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Vlocity certified.
