Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation. This includes architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.

Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.

Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
