Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating automated test scripts, automating QA scenarios, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This is a hands-on position that involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce application testing, with experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Selenium WebDriver/Playwright.

The Automation Specialist will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. This includes driving CI/CD testing pipelines, optimizing QA processes, and performing root cause analysis for issues.

In this role, you will also contribute to process improvements and adoption of new testing tools. A strong understanding of test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git) is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience with a focus on automation
  • Proven experience creating test scripts and automating QA scenarios
  • Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Selenium WebDriver, or Playwright
  • Strong background in Salesforce application testing (CPQ experience a huge plus)
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks, APIs, SOQL, and version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
