Technical Salesforce Leader

This is a challenging role for an experienced Salesforce technical leader to lead the implementation and development of transformative solutions on the SFDC platform.

  • Develop scalable technical designs for complex projects.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex applications with best practices.
  • Lead large-scale data migrations using Apex Data Loader.
  • Establish clear design directions and task priorities for team members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • Strong SFDC Apex, LWC, and Lightning Component programming skills.
  • Solid hands-on understanding of SFDC platform.
Bonus Skills
  • Awareness of IT Support processes, SLA reporting, and support protocols.
  • Manufacturing process knowledge.
  • SAP basic awareness.
  • Commerce Cloud or CPQ awareness.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading Salesforce implementations, with a strong focus on technical leadership and customer-facing roles.
