Senior Salesforce Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning) ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Optimization: Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards;
  • Security Management: Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules);
  • Data Governance: Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups;
  • Sandbox Strategy and Release Management: Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center);
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments;
  • Integration and Middleware: Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems (work with middleware teams).

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments;
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow (no-code/low-code automation);
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model;
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience;
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce;

Prioritizing certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) is required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) is preferred.
