Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Product Implementation team. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project plans and maintain version control to ensure client approval.
  • Establish communication channels with clients and internal teams for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Lead implementation and close out client post-go-live with hand holding.
  • Generate Change Requests and pursue additional revenues where applicable.
  • Deliver client requirements within agreed project timeline and achieve objectives with exceptional quality.
  • Utilize supporting teams as needed for implementation.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enable project delivery and client support.
  • Limit functional bugs to a set percentage in Production.
  • Communicate client requirements that may impact project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide project status data when requested.
  • Train self and team members on Implementation process and client data validation.
  • Hands-on experience in Project Management using tools like estimation, planning, costing, and team timesheet maintenance.
  • Good understanding of design & solution process is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Skillset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, hands-on experience in Project Management, knowledge of design and solution process.
