Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also be expected to coordinate with internal teams, such as engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, dispatch, and installation & testing commissioning.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a sound understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering
  • 5-7 years of industry experience, preferably with product knowledge in High Voltage Circuit Breakers and Air Insulated Substations (AIS)
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Organizational abilities, proactiveness, and decision-making mindset
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, E-Plan, and SAP
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
