Chief Technology Officer/SVP/VP/Sr. Solution Architect

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the technical strategy of our high-growth AI startup. As a core member of our founding team, you will develop the technology stack, oversee product development, and ensure scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or software, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Build and optimize a robust tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
