We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our premier client group desk, responsible for acquiring, managing and servicing high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management and be able to drive business growth through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: Drive the acquisition of ultra high net worth individuals and high net worth individuals by creating tailored wealth management strategies that meet their unique financial needs.
  • Promote and sell large portfolios, including portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, bonds, mutual funds and other investment products.
  • Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals and position our offerings as optimal solutions to their needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the business, leveraging personal networks, industry contacts and market intelligence.
  • Manage the sales process for large-ticket investments, offering expert guidance on portfolio construction and diversification.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ultra high net worth clients, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly meet clients to review their portfolios, discuss market trends and suggest adjustments based on evolving financial goals and market conditions.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of financial products to existing clients, maximizing business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Expansion:
  • Develop, mentor and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals and other staff members.
  • Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
  • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the desk and scale the business.
  • Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular coaching and development opportunities.
Investment Product Expertise:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products, including portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, bonds and mutual funds.
  • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products and regulatory changes.
  • Have hands-on experience with stock market trading, including an understanding of algorithmic trading and leverage this knowledge to guide clients in structuring their investment portfolios.
  • Guide clients on risk management strategies, portfolio diversification and wealth preservation techniques.
Sales & Performance Metrics:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition and retention metrics to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all client dealings and financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all wealth management strategies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with risk management protocols and is well-informed on market volatility and client risk tolerance.
