About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our research, investment execution, and team building efforts. This is a high-conviction, high-upside role with a clear path to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt down overlooked public market opportunities.
  • Interface with listed company promoters and management teams.
  • Lead a team of analysts in digging deep into numbers, risk, and catalysts.
  • Present conviction-based investment memos to the IC.
  • Travel on-site to validate businesses and triangulate the truth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in equity research, public market investing, or pre-IPO diligence.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with listed promoters or public market boards.
  • A strong grip on financial statements, forensics, and market timing.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent financial depth.
  • The ability to work fast, travel often, and chase clarity through complexity.
  • A low ego, clear writing, and ownership-first mindset.
