Food and Beverage Manager Job Description

This is a key role in managing the food and beverage operations of our resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food and beverage service are of the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Food Costs and Inventory: Uphold menu standards, control inventory to achieve targeted goals, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Create Event-Specific Menus: Design menus for occasions such as banquets, conventions, and catered meetings, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Conduct Competitor Analysis: Gather data on banquet kits, room rental rates, and other relevant market information every six months.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with sanitation codes and laws, food storage, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Analyze Market Prices: Evaluate food and beverage prices in relation to competition and participate in F&B marketing activities to stay competitive.
