Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead process excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. As a Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading a systematic and structured approach towards enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across business processes to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress and measure improvements.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement through cross-functional workshops and training programs.
  • Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
    • Analyze and optimize cost drivers, including materials, labor, and overheads, to achieve sustainable cost savings.
    • Partner with product, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to develop value engineering initiatives and supplier benchmarking programs.
    • Monitor and report cost savings against targets to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Standardization & Best Practices
    • Develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to manufacturing models to drive innovation and improvement.
    • Implement digital tools and automation to enhance process monitoring and efficiency.
  • Quality & Efficiency
    • Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.
    • Drive initiatives to reduce rework, scrap, and warranty costs.
  • Change Management & Capability Building
    • Build organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and coaching.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
    • Lead structured problem-solving across teams using A3, RCA, and 8D methodologies.
