About the Role
• Complete Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
• Create Pipelines: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
