Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
- Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements
- MBA in HR.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 5-8 years of overall experience.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and proficiency in assessing technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
