  • Implement a strategic approach to collection, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in debt recovery.
  • Authorize payouts and develop a comprehensive payout structure policy.
  • Monitor adherence to the collection process and take corrective action against non-compliant agencies or agents; discontinue underperforming agencies as necessary.
  • Evaluate and improve cost-effective collections in the region by testing and implementing different models, such as telecalling.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between the Legal, Residual & Collections team.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and credit teams to ensure high-quality sourcing.
  • Analyze collection patterns, identify areas of concern in ongoing programs, and coordinate with the Program Head for corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective collections from Distributors, Cooperatives, and micro markets.
  • Address outstanding amounts on higher bucket accounts through legal means.
  • Minimize losses on repossessed vehicle sales and monitor loss provisions regularly.
