Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

The Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled debt recovery specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing collection strategies at the regional level, ensuring efficient collections and recovery of outstanding loans.
  • Key responsibilities include authorizing payouts, rolling out collection payout structure policy, monitoring adherence to collection process, and taking preventive action against underperforming agencies or agents.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, enabling them to identify trouble spots in ongoing programs and coordinate with the Program Head for corrective actions.
  • Additional duties include partnering with regional sales & credit teams to ensure quality sourcing, analyzing collection patterns, and ensuring effective collections from DCC and micro markets.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
