Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our project financial planning and management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cost control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning and management initiatives, ensuring proper accounting of element-wise and stream-wise project costs, common cost allocation, finalization of transfer pricing for inter-company transactions, and asset capitalization.

The role involves working closely with the treasury and banking team for ECA and debt financing at optimized costs, continuously monitoring project inventory, partnering with PMC's/sub-contractors, and performing inventory reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting, and provide regular financial reports.
  • Project Accounting and Capitalization: Ensure proper accounting of project costs, common cost allocation, finalization of transfer pricing, and asset capitalization.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor project inventory, partner with PMC's/sub-contractors, and perform inventory reconciliations.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and assess financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively and efficiently, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Policies, Processes, and Procedures: Create standard policies, processes, and procedures that align with business objectives and monitor their adherence to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • People Management: Mentor and develop respective teams to take larger responsibilities and efficiently perform their roles.
