Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead our Intellectual Property department. This senior role will oversee a wide range of intellectual property matters, including product clearance, patent filing and prosecution, patent litigation, licensing and due diligence, trademark clearance, and registration in various regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IP processes, ensuring optimal protection of intellectual property and third-party partner interests. They will work closely with the Global IP Head, Research and Development, and Portfolio teams to:

  • Develop and manage the growing IP portfolio of the company.
  • Enforce IP processes in the organization to ensure timely protection of intellectual property and third-party partner interests.

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Intellectual Property function.

Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements

  • A PhD or post-graduate degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, sciences, or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • An additional specialization in intellectual property is desirable.
  • At least 13+ years of work experience in a reputable global pharmaceutical company with team handling skills.
  • Experience in product IP clearances, patent drafting and prosecution, and ancillary areas in a pharmaceutical organization.
  • Litigation, litigation support, and licensing experience are highly desired.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a team-player capable of working in a deadline-dictated environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
