Executive Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, finance, and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the principal's inbox and calendar, prioritizing messages, drafting replies, and flagging urgent matters.
  • Schedule meetings with brokers, investors, and internal team members, anticipating needs, and ensuring the principal is prepared for all meetings and decisions.
  • Owning the firm's CRM and deal pipeline, extracting property and market information from Offering Memorandums (OMs), broker emails, and NDAs.
  • Tracking deal stages and generating pipeline reports, overseeing daily Hub Spot tasks, and ensuring that all workstreams remain on track.
  • Preparing offering memos (OMs) and investor-facing materials in Power Point using firm-branded templates, drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs) in Word, and assisting with NDA reviews.
  • Conducting market diligence calls with brokers, property managers, and apartment operators with a high level of spoken English proficiency, drafting monthly investor update emails and reports with a high level of written English proficiency, and preparing concise research briefs and business memos to support investment decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Able to learn and work with software platforms like Hub Spot and Co Star, manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and minimal oversight, and demonstrate the ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
