Job Title: Director of Operations and Strategic Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations and Strategic Growth to lead our centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and growth of our centre.

  • Leadership & Team Management: You will lead and oversee a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Operational Oversight: You will manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: You will develop and implement strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving growth and development.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Financial Management: You will ensure cost-effective operations and financial performance.
  • Quality Assurance: You will monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
