Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is critical to developing a portfolio contributing to our long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage The Giving Table, a community of monthly donors.
- Manage digital and offline campaigns to onboard new members.
- Identify high net worth individuals to target in Mumbai and other locations.
- Develop creative and innovative ideas for engagement with donors across categories (Individuals, HNIs, Corporates etc).
- Build a network of volunteers/donors who start fundraisers on crowdfunding platforms.
- Handle donor calls for onboarding and relationship building.
- Maintain MIS for all donor categories.
- Update the CRM system with donor and communication details.
- Liaise with the finance team for donation-related queries.
- Support various fundraising events/activities.
- Work with crowdfunding organisations to maximise visibility and funding received.
- Plan and execute engagement activities with donors to convert them into repeat donors/start fundraisers for Cuddles.

Requirements

- Post Graduate/Graduate from a top tier college.
- 2-5 years of relevant fund-raising experience.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering sales pitches and written proposals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
