Job Title: Senior Fundraising Specialist

Key Objectives:

  • Manage financial resources to support our programs and strategic goals.
  • Nurture relationships with donors and partners across sectors.
  • Align fundraising efforts with our mission of a world free from child sexual abuse.

Deliverables:

1. Execute Strategic Fundraising Plan
  • Develop and implement a multi-stakeholder fundraising strategy.

2. Comprehensive Fundraising Process

  • Research and identify new funding prospects and opportunities.
  • Draft high-quality proposals and grant applications.
  • Document donor pitches, proposals, agreements, and records thoroughly.

3. Donor Relationship Management

  • Manage assigned donor accounts and key funder relationships.
  • Ensure timely, customized donor communication and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and stories of impact.
  • Organize donor engagement opportunities to deepen partnerships.

4. Insights and Analysis

  • Stay updated on key trends and developments in the child protection and fundraising ecosystems.
  • Bring relevant insights to inform strategy and build stronger donor relationships.

  • Navigate raising funds for a sensitive issue in a competitive landscape, while building sustained donor interest and engagement.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA/PGDBM/MS (graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).

Desired Work Experience:

  • Fundraising experience in the development sector is preferred.
  • Business development experience can be considered.
