Job Opportunity

Sustainability and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate fundraising efforts, focusing on building financial sustainability and strategic partnerships with various organizations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and developing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-lateral, alumni, government, and other partnerships. They will design and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to secure renewals, upgrades, and meaningful collaborations.

The successful candidate will also manage systems and processes that support development objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and Memorandum of Understanding commitments.

Due Diligence

A thorough understanding of due diligence is essential for this role. The candidate will conduct thorough investigations on partners to verify their compliance with existing laws and strong track records.

Fundraising and Campaign Management

The specialist will help partners identify influential campaign creators or create campaigns themselves, working closely with the digital marketing and content team to ensure each fundraising campaign's success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and evaluate partnerships and collaboration opportunities from a development and organizational perspective.

Requirements

The position requires a graduate/postgraduate degree in any field with 4+ years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare sector. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
