Job Description:

As a Fundraising Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of donors and developing strategic plans to secure funding for our initiatives. You will work closely with our leadership team to create compelling proposals and cultivate relationships with prospective donors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a portfolio of donors
  • Developing strategic fundraising plans
  • Cultivating donor relationships
  • Representing our organization at events and promoting our mission
  • Working effectively with internal teams to drive donor engagement
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising or transferable skills
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting fundraising goals
  • Commitment to excellence, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility in a start-up environment
