Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Relationship Manager.

This role involves acquiring new customers through successful interaction with 20 customers per day, meeting 4 customer prospects daily, and cross-selling various products including TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, Gift Card, etc., with a minimum of 2 sales per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand relationships with existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Cross-sell various financial products to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • A blend of service and sales orientation.
  • MBA/Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Ability to develop and expand High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AMFI and IRDA certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
