Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead and manage a team of engineers in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on architecture, design, coding best practices, and system performance optimization.
  • Mentor, coach, and support engineers in their professional growth and career development.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as an Engineering Manager, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A strong background in building and scaling technology products.
  • Hands-on experience in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, React.js, and frameworks.
  • A solid understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
