Technical Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large team of technical staff to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and adoption of new technologies, creating a competitive advantage for the organization.
  • Oversee resource planning, performance monitoring, and compliance adherence, guaranteeing that our operations are optimized and efficient.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and nurture talent within the team, promoting career growth and development.
  • Represent the Technical Center in client and senior management interactions, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technology from a recognized institution.
  • At least 20 years of technical experience, including relevant senior leadership positions.
  • A proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects, with a strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skill set.
