Customer Service Planner

This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of Customer Service spare parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ECO/EVO Coordination:
    • Participate in Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Variation Order (EVO) meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Create new parts, BOMs, and packaging in R2P system for efficient inventory management.
    • Plan for phase-in and phase-out activities for CS parts to minimize disruptions.
  • Material & Production Planning:
    • Plan and procure CS parts from internal and external sources to meet production demands.
    • Oversee in-house production processes, including tubs and panel bodies, to ensure quality control.
    • Plan spare parts for refurbishment stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Order Delivery & Logistics:
    • Coordinate dispatches to CS Mumbai and CS Fürth locations to ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage production order conversion, delivery note, and E-way bill generation to streamline logistics.
    • Support Supply Chain Logistics team in delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Master Data & BOM Management:
    • Track and update routing, costing, and MRP for new part numbers to maintain accurate records.
  • Field Issue Support:
    • Resolve open eFSB calls related to field issues to provide prompt support to customers.
  • CS Production Planning:
    • Release production orders, update CS delivery reports, and review open orders to ensure efficient production planning.
    • Create CAM orders for production to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    • Conduct regular meetings with Cross-Functional Team for CS-related planning and issue resolution to foster collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in spare parts planning, production planning, or material management in a manufacturing environment.
