About the Role

This is a vital position in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of service delivery operations, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Client facing as an Overall PMO, tracking contract signoffs, invoices, and receivables
  • Process compliance, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and best practices

  • Strong project management skills with experience in IT Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking, organization, attention to detail, punctuality, and open-mindedness
  • Ability to work with honesty, integrity, and the company's best interest in mind
Daily Tasks:
  • Team Coordination: Attend daily stand-ups or check-ins to discuss assignments and challenges
  • Monitor Service Performance and Operations: Review daily operational metrics against SLAs
  • Incident and Problem Management: Address any issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution
Weekly Tasks:
  • Team Meetings: weekly team meetings with the service delivery team to discuss priorities
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing service delivery activities throughout the week
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the week to provide updates on project status
Monthly Tasks:
  • Performance Review and Analysis: Help conduct a comprehensive review of service delivery performance over the past month
  • Client Satisfaction Surveys: Distribute client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on service quality
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Review: Help review existing SLAs with clients to ensure that service delivery targets and performance metrics are aligned with client expectations
