Payroll Analyst
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to process monthly payrolls, manage payroll provider relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process all payroll-related changes, including new hires, status changes, and terminations
- Manage payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
- Process wage assignments (child support orders, tax levies, etc)
- Maintain and organize payroll files
- Provide internal customers with outstanding customer service when responding to telephone and email requests
- Provide payroll-related journal entry details each month-end close
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as required each month-end close
- Assist with auditor requests
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in processing payroll
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP a plus)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Payroll accounting experience is a plus
- International payroll experience is a plus
