About Our Opportunity:

Our team is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to design C&B programs, including pay ranges, structuring, mix, and benefits design.
  • Play an integral role in delivering annual pay review and bonus processes.
  • Align with statutory compliance and market practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, trends, and advisory.
  • Evaluate jobs and create levels.
  • Budget, manage, and execute annual C&B cycles.
  • Present solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to implement programs.
  • Liaise with benefits vendors and finance to execute benefits programs.
  • Provide consulting advice, design rewards-related projects, and manage C&B project modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with consulting and field experience.
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • Engagement with and onboarding of benefits vendors.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data.

Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • University degree in HR with a Master's or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from recognized professional bodies.
