**Job Title:** Customer Support Associate

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for customers, this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Address Verification: Conduct confirmation calls with customers to verify addresses on COD/prepaid orders.
  • Customer Support Management: Manage end-to-end customer support across multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns and exchanges with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Customer Insights: Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product development, packaging improvements, and overall brand experience enhancements.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers until resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a delightful customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of customer support experience (D2C/e-commerce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle tough situations calmly
  • Highly active, energetic, and empathetic
  • Comfortable with phone support, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to work on-site at our office
