About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing: Manage billing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring compliance with E-Invoicing rules.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate dispatch schedules, manage delivery timelines, and update customers on shipment status.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and dispatch activities, and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have 5-10 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in software applications related to billing and inventory management. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
