Job Title: Business Growth Associate
We are seeking a driven and results-focused professional to join our team as a Business Growth Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients through tele-calling and customer interactions.
- Clearly communicate company products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Convert leads into opportunities through effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
- Prepare regular reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Graduate degree in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience in tele-calling and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
