Email Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to spearhead the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns. This pivotal role focuses on driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and customer engagement goals.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in leading successful email marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on strategy, customer engagement, and business growth within the eCommerce space. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and refining the current email marketing strategy to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and growth targets.
  • Defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to track the performance of email campaigns and marketing initiatives, reporting results to key stakeholders.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations to continuously evolve marketing strategies, ensuring maximum impact.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the marketing roadmap from a commercial perspective, collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize initiatives that drive the highest business value.
  • Creating compelling business cases to secure approval and budget for new marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with both product development and commercial goals.
  • Ensuring campaigns are fully supported by necessary resources and tools, working closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective implementation.

This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who is passionate about customer engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles within eCommerce or retail.
