Email Marketing Expert Job Opportunity

This role is an integral part of our campaign management support department, responsible for end-to-end campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will be expected to build emails, launch and manage campaigns, and optimize performance across email channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing existing & new campaigns and customer targeting on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ;
    • Developing insights from complex data sets and communicating those insights internally and to clients;
    • Using SQL queries to define target audiences for different campaigns;
    • Optimizing email campaigns across platforms and collaborating with the team for optimal allocation;
    • Compile performance reports and provide actionable insights;
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys;
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation for multiple customers;
  • Development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ and familiarity with dashboard reporting;
  • Experience with hyper-personalization and A/B testing using Oracle Infinity IQ;
  • Complex query writing skills using PL/SQL concepts and performance tuning;
  • High proficiency with Excel for data analysis;

This position requires flexibility in shift work with a rotational week-off model.
