Job Summary

The Administration Manager will oversee the administration operations of all branches across India, developing and implementing effective administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of all branches.
  • Ensure that all administrative functions are in compliance with the organization's policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the administrative team across all branches.
  • Oversee facilities management, including the maintenance of all buildings, equipment, and utilities.
  • Ensure that security measures are in place to protect the organization's assets, employees, and customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of administrative functions with overall organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
