Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing branch strategies, meeting sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing relationships with customers and the community, handling escalated issues, and analyzing financial reports to improve branch performance.

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Sales, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in analyzing financial reports
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
