Job Title: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced S&OP Team Leader to oversee our sales and operations planning function.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience leading S&OP functions with a strong understanding of end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective S&OP strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve sales and operational objectives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across global teams
  • Analyzing data to inform business decisions and provide actionable insights
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration required
  • Preferrably holding a Master's degree
