Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and profitability through effective management of sales personnel, development of strategic plans, and implementation of sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and identify channels for direct sales based on existing synergistic lines of business.
  • Formulate all sales policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sales price and discounts, and define and implement sales processes.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams, provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff productivity, and coordinate company resources for efficient sales results.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain staff, supervise team performance, and ensure annual appraisals and informal performance reviews.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills are required to lead high-performing teams and manage project delivery.

Requirements:

A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from a recognized university and at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Real Estate Industry with a team leadership experience of at least 15+ members.
